About the Role
The Account Executive will work closely with enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for the client, and representing their needs internally. The role involves managing account plans and coordinating internal teams to achieve revenue targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong sales and communication skills, with experience working with enterprise clients or within specific industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to align on goals and foster trust.
- Understand customer priorities to identify opportunities and communicate the value of software solutions.
- Develop and manage account plans to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure business goals are met and resources are efficiently allocated.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize actions based on client needs and growth opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for the client, gathering feedback to improve satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales within the software, cloud, or technology sector, with experience serving specific clients or industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level and other key stakeholders.
- Experience managing account plans and using CRM tools to track pipelines and forecasts.
- Strong client advocacy skills, serving as a single point of contact for customer needs.
