HR Specialist (Poland)
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our client — an international technology company with distributed teams across Europe and a strong focus on employee experience and operational excellence.
This position supports day-to-day HR operations and ensures smooth administration of employee lifecycle processes for the local office in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts and amendments.

Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Provide administrative input for payroll processing in cooperation with external providers.
- Act as a contact point for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with local labor legislation.

Support HR initiatives and operational improvements.
Requirements

Previous experience in HR administration, HR operations, or similar roles.

Knowledge of Polish labor law and employment practices.

Experience working with HR systems or databases.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.

Professional English proficiency.
