HR Specialist (Poland)

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our client — an international technology company with distributed teams across Europe and a strong focus on employee experience and operational excellence.

This position supports day-to-day HR operations and ensures smooth administration of employee lifecycle processes for the local office in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts and amendments.
  • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.

  • Provide administrative input for payroll processing in cooperation with external providers.
  • Act as a contact point for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation.

  • Support HR initiatives and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration, HR operations, or similar roles.

  • Knowledge of Polish labor law and employment practices.

  • Experience working with HR systems or databases.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.

  • Professional English proficiency.
