We are currently seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to join a newly established department.

About the team
This new team is dedicated to driving sales excellence by implementing best practices, managing KPIs, and providing operational support throughout the entire sales cycle. The teams scope includes:

Partnering closely with Sales to accelerate revenue growth
We are looking for an experienced Sales Excellence Manager who can take ownership of KPI management, support end-to-end sales processes, and maintain strong CRM and data quality standards. From day one, you will collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership and become a trusted partner for a specific sales segment or product area.
Key Responsibilities
- KPI & Performance Management
Build and continuously improve the KPI framework for sales teams, including performance evaluation and efficiency tracking across all sales roles (including unmanaged sales). - Goal Setting & Incentives
Own the full goal-setting cycle — from defining KPIs to supporting the final incentive payout process. - Sales Excellence Metrics
Develop and monitor key sales metrics such as pipeline health, win–loss insights, and CRM hygiene indicators. - Operational Support
Support SLA-based processes, including lead uploads and data delivery for key Sales initiatives. - Forecasting & Reporting
Work closely with sales leaders to improve forecast accuracy. Provide regular reporting on progress against targets and business plans. - Strategic Partnership
Partner with commercial unit leaders to support critical decision-making and business performance. - Process Improvement
Engage in day-to-day sales operations to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and provide data-driven support.
What Were Looking For
Relevant Experience
Strong background in KPI development, performance management, sales analytics, or Sales Operations.
Technical Skills

Advanced analytical capabilities, including hands-on SQL experience

Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
Mindset
Structured and logical problem-solving approach, with a proactive, ownership-driven, results-oriented attitude.
Education
Bachelors degree or higher, ideally in economics, finance, mathematics, IT, or management.
Language
Professional working proficiency in English (B1/B2 or above).
Nice to Have
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and improving data quality
Background in building or optimizing sales and business processes

Close collaboration experience with Sales, SDR, or Revenue teams
