Account Development Representative (US Market)

We are hiring an Account Development Representative for our client — a well-established international technology company that develops professional software products used by businesses worldwide.

The role focuses on supporting commercial teams working with strategic accounts in the US market. You will help identify opportunities, build relationships with potential customers, and contribute to long-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research target companies, markets, and key stakeholders. 

  • Support account teams by identifying new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
  • Initiate outreach via email, social platforms, and other communication channels.
  • Qualify prospects and help move opportunities forward in collaboration with senior sales colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate information in CRM systems.

  • Contribute insights about market trends and customer needs.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams on account engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales support, lead generation, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders.
  • Interest in technology products and B2B environments.

  • Ability to conduct research and structure information effectively.

  • Organized working style and attention to detail.

  • Professional English proficiency.
