About us and the role

We are hiring this role on behalf of our client — an international company in algorithmic trading and financial technology, with teams in Europe.

This is a senior, hands-on in-house role — you would own technical hiring end to end.

What you would do

• Full-cycle hiring for rare and highly specialised technical roles
• Deep talent mapping of the market and of direct competitors
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates
• Global search across Europe, US and Asia
• Bring market insights to the business: who is on the market, what they earn, where to find them

What we are looking for

• Strong experience hiring technical profiles — AI/ML, data, infrastructure, backend/low-latency engineering
• Excellent sourcing skills and experience with hard-to-fill, niche roles
• Comfortable working independently, with a high level of ownership
• Good written and spoken English, knowledge of Russian in a plus
• Experience in trading / HFT / fintech industries is a plus, but not a must
